Delete your account at Mask

You can delete your account data in the following ways.

1. Open 「Mine」 page.
2. Click the 「Settings」 button (the small gear in the upper right corner).
3. Click 「Delete Account」 button.
4. Confirm that you want to delete all information from your account.
5. After the 14-day consideration period, if you do not perform any other actions, we will completely delete all information about your account.

You can also delete your account information through this website.

1. Enter the email address you used when registering Mask.
2. 14 days after submitting your account application, we will completely delete all information in your account.

What Will Be Deleted?

By deleting your account, we will permanently delete your account, personal settings, chat history, character information and all related information.
